Our Technology

Our core technology, known as Transcription Block Survival (TBS), screens peptides in a live cell system to select only those that ensure transcription factors are functionaly blocked, not simply bound.

Peptide doesn't bind - small.png

Transcription blocked

Peptide library member does not bind target:

transcription is blocked and cells don't survive

Cell Survival

Peptide library member functionally binds target:

transcription is possible and

cells survive

Peptide library members that functionally bind the target enable cell growth under competitive conditions. Using a series of growth competitions, the most active peptides are enriched and identified
